Evolve and Elevate: Deep rooted fears, Bhagavad Gita has permanent solution for all life problems and the biggest Lesson I learned that no one teaches.
Idea of the Week
Deep-rooted Fears
“The moment we find ourselves feeling bored, sad, anxious or complacent we reach for our phones, a prescription or a self-help book.
We’ve become terrified of feeling anything negative.
I’m not going to point a finger, but if someone held a gun to my head and told me to point a finger, I’d point to Instagram and Twitter and Facebook.
I’d say we were due.
I’d say that when you have an entire society overly focused on sharing the upper 1% of their days in a virtual world 24/7, we were bound to create some deep-rooted fears and insecurities around negative emotions. Now, we are forced to reap what we have sown.”

Lesson of the Week
Bhagavad Gita has permanent solution for all life problems.
Bhagavad Gita says:

The modern human has struggled hard to reach the moon, but he hasn’t struggled enough to make progress in the spiritual world.
If a human being has to live for another 50 years, he must practice giving this small amount of time to remember God. This practice is called Bhakti Yog.
In other words, work performed simply for the satisfaction of the Supreme Lord, without any desire for material benefits, is called bhakti. Bhakti is also called niṣkarma, or freedom from the results of fruitive activity. Bhakti and niṣkarma are on the same platform.
There are 9 ways to practice Bhakti Yog, out of which Shravan is the most appropriate.
With Shravan Siddhi, a person who is Swaroop Siddh (The perfection of one’s Eternal relationship with the Supreme Lord) will be directed towards God’s Chintan (meditation).
Doing this will make the person remember God and after leaving the body, he will receive a Spiritual body which is perfect for God’s association.
Further, God says:
The person who without distraction on his path keeps his heart and soul always directed towards me and mediates me in the form of God, He surely attains me.
This isn’t something difficult, but one should understand it from a wise and experienced person. One should go to someone who is already practicing it. The mind gets distracted every time here and there, but a human being should try to concentrate and focus it on Bhagwan Shri Krishna. (Lord Krishna)
Mind is playful, it gets trapped in life’s material things, but it can be stabilized by the sound of Lord Krishna.
The tools for supreme feeling are given in Bhagavad Gita and this knowledge is available to all.
There is no restriction to anyone.
By practicing God’s Chintan (Meditating God), people of every category can reach God because God’s Shravan (hearing God’s name) and Chintan (meditating God’s name) are possible for everyone.
One who accepts the principle of Bhakti Yog and perceives God as life’s biggest goal, can attain God in the Adhyatmika Akash (spiritual sky).
If someone receives the principles given in Bhagavad Gita, then he/she can make his/her life complete and get a permanent solution for all the life problems.
This is the essence of the entire Bhagavad Gita.
The summary is that the Bhagavad Gita is a divine scripture that should be read with full concentration. If someone follows the principles of Bhagavad Gita, then he/she can get rid of all the life problems and tensions.
He/she will get rid of all the fears of this life and his/her next life will be spiritual.
There is one more benefit.
If one reads Bhagavad Gita with full dedication, then with the grace of God, he/she will not have the adverse effects of his/her previous birth’s bad karma.
Inspiration of the Week:
The biggest lesson I learned that no one teaches.

This picture will tell you where and how you learned the biggest lessons.
I fall into the 80% category and striving for the 95% category.
Well not dismissing the rest of the categories but experience has given me most of the life lessons.
The biggest lesson I learned from my experiences is:
It was no one’s mistake if I was the sufferer.
No matter who betrayed me, who hurt me, who caused harm to me or what bad times I went through.
I don’t declare someone responsible for what I’m suffering through.
If the suffering is mine, I am the one who needs to evolve.
The learning is: No matter how bad things happen to you; the important factor is not who was responsible but how you came out of them.
It’s an easy escape to pinpoint people for the bad chapter they gave you, but the undercurrent is, if you keep looking at who made it bad, you will never succeed in making it good.
They might have made your chapter ugly but if you keep looking at the same chapter, you will miss out on the story that could be beautiful.
Neither you should blame people, nor you should target God for the mess that you are in.
If the mess is in your space, no one other than you will clean it for you.
And when you do, you will find everyone helping you decorate it more beautifully.
